Data controller
The controller of the data collected through this website is Raffaele Di Gennaro, operator of the Morada Mágica holiday rental (licence VV-35-1-0014705), who can be contacted at moradamagica1@gmail.com.
What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), stay dates, number of guests and the text of your message. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we process the data you send through that channel.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare your booking. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Service providers
Form emails are sent through Resend, an email service provider acting as data processor. Direct bookings are handled on the Holidu platform, which processes data under its own privacy policy. The Google map is loaded only if you click “Show the map”.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months, unless required by law (for example, the guest registration required by Spanish regulations).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, at any time by writing to moradamagica1@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
